Our showdown with SJAA is only one week away so today's match is very important for us to finalise the starting eleven. We also had to make sure that we have enough players for the crucial match next week. Fortunately I don't have to play as we are testing a young keeper and he performs remarkably well, considering that he is only 16 years old (half of my age!). We were leading quite early in the game through a goal by Farhan but towards the end of the first half the opponent managed to equalise. In the second half we controlled the play with plenty of opportunities to seal the game but the finishing by our strikers are still poor. In the end the match ended with a scoreline of 1-1 and I noticed that the opponents were quite pleased with the results. Considering that we will be playing against the first division champions, I don't think we are ready to face them but anything is possible in football.
After our match, the next team playing on the field have two well known personalities as their twin strikers, KJ and J Lo. A potential opponent for our next friendly match? Anything is possible.
