No Thanks

I know that sometimes you will receive lots of email from your friends/colleagues/relatives and you wish that they just stop flooding your mailbox. But how to tell them in a nice way as you can? You could write to them in a nice long letter(e-mail) and hoping that they get the message. Or you can also e-mail them this site address. There is no guarantee it will works, but at least you did give it a try.
