I started to monitor my weight in July 2007. At that time my weight was 81.4kg. By August 2007 it went down to 79.8kg and remains like that until October 2007. In January 2009 my weight has ballooned to 84kg but I managed to reduce it to 83kg in February 2009. Since then I did not monitor my weight until February 2015 when my weight has become 86kg. Since then I started to reduce my sugar intake by start drinking plain water and reduce eating rice. I managed to reduce my weight to 80kg in September 2015 but to my frustration it started to climb again. Today my weight is 82kg, slightly heavier than I was in July 2007. So after 8 and a half years, it's back to square one.
