It's the last day of Raya month and finally our neighbourhood had its open house at the nearby playground. In the spirit of 'gotong royong' everybody chips in whatever they can give, whether in form of money, food or anything else. When I reached the food stall, I can see that there were so much variety of food, an indication that various individuals have contributed to the party. They even set up a mini cinema by showing "Prince of Persia' movie on a white screen. It was a cool party, unlike any open house party that I have been to this year and I'm sure it's going to be a unique tradition for our neighbourhood for the years to come.
